MANUEL STAAB

I'm an economist working on topics in microeconomic theory and currently a Lecturer at the University of Queensland. I obtained my PhD at the London School of Economics under the supervision of Francesco Nava and Balázs Szentes. I also worked as a consultant applying game theory to procurement problems and contract negotiations, before joining AMSE as a post-doctoral fellow.

My current research focuses on economic aspects of social interactions, and problems of information (mis-)perception. While mostly relying on theoretical approaches, I'm also interested in testing these results using experimental methods.
